Everyone was so nice, it truly made us feel welcome despite the situation being scary. Thank you to everyone who helped us, there are no words to fully express our gratitude.
I love Bolton Veterinary Hospital. I have been bringing my dogs there for many years. Yesterday was just another of many examples of their exceptional care and concern as both of our dogs were very sick and needed urgent care. Their clear and calm communication and compassion was so reassuring in a difficult time.
Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate staff saved my cats life. The Dr. diagnosed his issue immediately, promptly performed a procedure and called me every day of his hospital stay. His hospital stay and follow up home care instructions were thorough and complete and he's home and back to normal. Can't thank them enough.
They have helped so much with every part of my pet's care. Highly recommend!!!
Best vet practice hands down. They have it all: easy to get to, responsive when you need a quick answer or appointment, a whole gamut of excellent providers, some specializing, 24 hour service including nights and weekends so you have the peace of mind of bringing your animal where their records are and where they are known if you have an emergency. And everyone is top notch, not just the vets – the support staff are outstanding. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I went there today with my two small senior dogs and it was the best vet experience I have ever had. The staff was so nice and Dr Oswald was the nicest doctor ever. They had so much compassion and were just so helpful. I will not be stressing next time I have to take them to the vet.
5 Stars! The ER care we received here was above and beyond. They truly care about the well being of our furbabies. It's well worth the drive from the New Haven area all the way up to Bolton. We are so grateful to Dr. Zyra and all of the staff there. Highly recommend!!!
