Dr. Simchik graduated from Alfred University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2020. Dr. Simchik is originally from a small town in central New York near Syracuse, where she grew up surrounded by animals ranging from guinea pigs to dogs and cats to horses. She was drawn to Bolton Veterinary Hospital for the high standard of care, diversity of cases, and dedicated team environment and has special interests in internal medicine, surgery, and critical care. When not at the hospital, Dr. Simchik enjoys photography, running, horseback riding, traveling, and exploring other cultures.
