Erin has been a member of the BVH team ever since she graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2000 with a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science. Growing up with pets and riding horses, Erin has always had a love for animals and an interest in veterinary medicine. She started off as a veterinary assistant here, and moved up to become a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2005. She continues to work part time at the practice as a technician and outpatient supervisor, but has also become an instructor and program coordinator of Holyoke Community College’s Veterinary Technician and Assistant programs, respectively.

Erin lives in Connecticut with her husband Chris and daughter Gabrielle. Her household of critters include a multitude of cats, guinea pigs, and chickens along with her dog Chase who can also be found frequently attending class, helping to educate the students. Erin spends her free time at the barn riding horses, which has been her lifelong passion.
