New post-COVID protocols

Beginning Saturday March 26,2022 we will be welcoming owners back into the office so that you may be present for your pet’s examination!

Clients may come in upon arrival to check in for their appointment, or when picking up medications etc. However, if you prefer to remain curbside, you may continue to check-in by calling the posted phone number in front of the building when you arrive.

Masks are still mandatory in our offices, regardless of state/CDC recommendations. We do ask that ideally no more than two adults accompany the pet , with exceptions made for certain situations (small children, family visits or end of life consultations, for example).

Following the exam, you will then be able to check out in-person at our discharge desk, however if excessive crowding is noted you may be asked to return to wait outside in your car for discharge instructions and billing.

Any owners who wish to continue full curbside service are welcome to do so, as well as families with children.
