Covid-19 Protocols

Beginning July 1, we will be welcoming vaccinated owners back into the office in a sort of hybrid curbside way so that you may be present for your pet’s examination!

We will still ask that clients check-in upon arrival to let us know that you’re here – this can be done easiest by clicking here: http://myvetservices.com/bolton/ or by calling the posted phone number in front of the building, or asking one of our outdoor concierge staff for assistance. In efforts to maintain appropriate social distancing, you will wait in your car. When the doctor is ready, he/she will then call you in one at a time for your exam.

Masks are still mandatory in our offices, regardless of state/CDC recommendations. We do ask that no more than two adults accompany the pet inside, no children at this time.

Following the exam, you will then wait outside in the car for discharge instructions and billing. This will still be done outside the building for the time being, in order to free up exam rooms to be appropriately cleaned for the next client, keep the lobby clear and to maintain social distancing as much as possible. We may be able to use the http://myvetservices.com/bolton link for faster check out soon as well!!

Any owners who wish to continue full curbside service are welcome to do so, as well as families with children.

Thank you and we can’t wait to see you!!
